How do I place an order online?
Mustang Loot has made the shopping process simple. To make your purchase simply:
- Select your Item and click "Add to cart” from the product page.
- To view the items in your cart click on the "cart" icon in the upper right corner of the page.
- To remove an item from your cart, click "remove" on the right hand side of the page next to the product description.
- To change the quantity of an item in your cart, under "quantity" change the number to your desired value (i.e. from 1 to 2) and click "update" at the bottom right hand side of the page.
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase.
I am having problems with checkout. What can I do?
Contact us with a description of the issue and a member of our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
How can I check the status of my order?
Upon the successful completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email. Following this confirmation, you will receive a tracking email that will detail the tracking number, date and time your items was shipped.
How can I pay for my orders?

Do you store credit card information on file?
We ensure that your details are kept private and secure. As a result, we do not store any of your card details and use PayPal Secure to ensure that your details are protected from third parties.
What destinations do you ship to?
We ship to all locations in US and worldwide. Please select your shipping method at checkout. Note, we are not responsible for any taxes, fees, tariffs or duties your country may charge for shipping and we hold no responsibility for lost items in the mail although we will do all we can to assist you in such a circumstance.
How long does shipping take?
Generally, shipping within US takes 1-3 days depending on your location (metro or regional). International delivery times are dependent upon the carrier.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 4.30pm are shipped same day (Monday through Friday).
I ordered on a weekend and/or holiday. When will my order be processed?
Orders placed on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following business day.
How can I track my order?
Upon shipment you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
What items are eligible for a return?
100% customer satisfaction is our goal. If your waist shaper does not fit you properly you can send your waist shaper back to us for an exchange within 14 days only if you have purchased the incorrect size (we do not refund for change of mind). Exchanges are inspected upon return to ensure that they are unworn and in new condition.
